Candice Gerhart
Candice Gerhart is a full-time Realtor® serving Richland County and the surrounding communities. Born and raised in the area her entire life, Candice has a deep appreciation for the community, the people in it, and the relationships that make it special.
After spending the majority of her adult life working with adults with developmental disabilities, Candice decided to take a new path and became a Realtor® in 2023. Her previous career allowed her to build strong relationships, develop patience and compassion, and strengthen her ability to understand and support people through all types of life situations—qualities that naturally carry over into her real estate career today.
Married for almost 16 years and together with her husband for more than 20+ years, family and meaningful connections have always been at the center of Candice’s life. She is also the proud mom of two grown daughters. Outside of real estate, Candice enjoys camping, music (especially live music), discovering local coffee shops, and traveling whenever time allows. If there is sunshine and warm weather involved, even better. She loves to have fun, bring people together, and create meaningful memories with family and friends.
Candice also serves on the board for Mid-Ohio Youth Mentoring and is an active mentor within the program, which is especially meaningful to her. Giving back to her community and making a positive impact in the lives of others is something she values deeply.
Known by many as “Candi G,” Candice takes pride in connecting with people from all walks of life and believes everyone has a story worth understanding. Her genuine empathy, compassion, and ability to relate to others and their unique situations are qualities that naturally carry over into both her personal life and career.
Candice believes relationships matter, authenticity matters, and treating people with kindness and understanding will always remain at the forefront of everything she does, both personally and professionally.
